We are always looking to add good agents. We define "good" as productive, ethical, and conscientious. The insurance brokerage industry is a service business. To be successful you need to be proactive, knowledgeable about available products, and a good listener.

 

We are also interested in people who are currently agents on other platforms and those just starting out. Having completed the LLQP is a minimum requirement for being registered and we have a preference for people with prior sales and service industry experience.
